OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G Dead Device Repair – CPU & UFS Swapping Ke Baad Restart Issue

Recently, ek client ka OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G dead aaya tha. Main ne device ko working board pe swap kiya aur CPU & UFS ko replace kiya. Lekin device ab bhi restart ho raha tha.

Yeh situation aksar un cases me hoti hai jahan CPU aur UFS ke alawa kuch aur components bhi tightly linked hote hain phone ke boot aur security process ke saath.

Restart Issue ke Possible Reasons

1. PMIC / Power IC

   • Phone ka boot sequence aur voltage regulation PMIC ke upar depend karta hai.

   • Agar PMIC mismatch ya faulty ho, phone restart loop me fas sakta hai.

2. Security / Authentication Chips

   • OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G me Security IC aur DRAM authentication CPU & UFS ke saath tightly linked hote hain.

   • Agar yeh mismatch hai, phone boot process complete nahi karta aur continuously restart hota hai.

3. RF / Baseband Chips

   • Kabhi-kabhi network ya IMEI issues bhi phone ko boot loop me daal dete hain.

   • Rare cases me RF / Modem IC swapping required hota hai.

4. Firmware / Software Mismatch

   • Board swapping ke baad exact firmware version aur region match hona bahut zaroori hai.

Technician Tips

• Soldering check karein – Cold joints bhi restart loop ka reason ban sakte hain.

• Voltage & current testing – PMIC aur UFS connections proper voltage de rahe hain ya nahi, confirm karein.

• Partial boot testing – Agar screen light aa rahi ho, pehle partial boot test karein before swapping additional ICs.
